Ward 3 Councilman Bob Coffin To Preside At Ribbon-Cutting
Sept. 11 For New C3 Lofts Downtown

Ceremonies 9:30 A.M. Tuesday At 1005 S. Third St.

Join Ward 3 Councilman Bob Coffin Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 9:30 a.m. to celebrate the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of the new C3 Lofts, located at 1005 S. Third St. at Charleston Boulevard. Councilman Coffin will present a proclamation on behalf of the city of Las Vegas.

The new building offers 38 studio and 10 two-bedroom apartments that feature 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private garages or carports, private patios or balconies, quartz countertops and tile backsplashes in the kitchen and bathroom. Communal amenities include a second-level shaded lounge with exterior restrooms, barbecue and sink area; and large decks with views of The Strip and downtown on the second and third levels. The commercial space on the ground floor is being developed as a bakery with an outdoor patio.

Brock Metzka, president of the general contracting company Edward Homes, Inc., plans to attend, as does the project architect Ryan Allord.

Apartment units are still available. The leasing company, Tradewind Property Management, can be reached at 702-870-5500. The building is owned by Big Block partners, LLC.
