Join Councilman Bob Coffin And Treehouse Principals At 9:30 A.M. At 1022 S. Main St.

Ward 3 Councilman Bob Coffin will be conducting a traditional groundbreaking ceremony and presenting a proclamation to management of the new Treehouse project at 1022 S. Main St., Tuesday, Aug. 21, at 9:30 a.m. Joining Councilman Coffin will be Treehouse Las Vegas Senior Project Consultant and spokesman Craig Missen and General Manager Jason Manley.

Treehouse will offer full-height indoor and outdoor trees in a plush, green environment that combines exotic woods and finishes. The variety of entertainment and dining options will include a 300-seat restaurant, indoor and outdoor lounges, sports bar, nightclub, day club with pool, rooftop bar and lounge, mezzanine private dining room, private speakeasy, multiple-function convention room facilities, and a poker machine room. The venue will have four large bars and will offer a range of seafood delicacies popular in Australia and Asia. With 22,000 square feet of space, Treehouse will be able to offer multiple styles of music at once, with separate indoor and outdoor DJ/stage facilities.

Treehouse is backed by a group of Australian businessmen as well as an experienced Las Vegas hospitality entrepreneur; together they have more than 50 years of combined experience in the hotel/bar/nightclub/restaurant/gaming industry. The Las Vegas venue has signed a long lease with multiple options, including an option to buy the property, with the intent is to be part of the Las Vegas hospitality landscape for many years to come.

Ryan Allord of RAD Studio Las Vegas is the project architect. Edward Homes, Inc. is the general contractor. The project is expected to cost $7 million. To be located in the emerging trendy Arts District of Las Vegas, Treehouse will be less than a five-minute Uber or taxi ride from the Las Vegas Strip or downtown hotels. Management expects to open Treehouse Las Vegas 24 hours/day in March 2019. See the renderings online. For more information, contact info@treehouselasvegas.com
