Good afternoon,
Your New Mexico Real Estate license is eligible for renewal. The NMREC has transitioned to a new system; the Renewal Link to the system is on our website.
Your username is your email address, select the "forgot password" button to reset your password. If the system does not recognize your username please email, Real Estate Commission IT help desk. Allow up to 72 hours for a response. If you do not see all of your licenses, please email the Real Estate Commission IT help desk, to merge the accounts. Each license is required to be renewed individually.
Documents Required for Renewal
Please ensure you have all documentation and payment ready when you start your renewal application. The commission accepts payment via e-check or credit card in the renewal portal. Each license must be renewed individually and include the following:

Supervisory Transfer Authorization Form-This is to verify data and ensure your license is mailed to the correct location. This is required for each license.
- Continuing Education Documentation/Certificates- upload ALL CE certificates on the document upload screen.
- Current Errors and Omissions Insurance- Required for active licensees, you need to upload a copy of your current policy.
Please do not mail or email your documents to the commission. Documents should be added as PDF attachments to your online renewal application in the document upload screen. CE must be completed before your renewal is submitted. Applications submitted after your expiration date will result in the late fee ($540).
