Important Information for Online PAYMENTS!

Please carefully read the important information below regarding FEES and Online Payments.

  • EXAM Application Fees: We will continue to receive ALL exam applications by mail. Once we receive and review your exam application, a UOCP staff member will send to you an email notification BEFORE you can proceed with your online payment. As soon as you receive the email notification your FEES must be paid within 3-days OR your application will be rejected. 

  • RENEWAL Application Fees: Online payment for Renewals will not be accepted IF your renewal is 30 days Past Due or IF you owe training credits. You may also submit your application and payment by mail to: Utility Operator Certification Program, PO Box 5469, Santa Fe NM 87502

  • ALL Application Fees are non-fundable and are non-transferable
