2025 Wreath Fundraiser:
Orders Due by Friday, October 31
The Somerset County 4-H Association is excited hold our annual Wreath Fundraiser! This is a wonderful opportunity to support our mission of supporting the 4-H Youth Development Program of Somerset County by providing an annual educational Fair to showcase work 4-H members have completed; a building where many 4-H events are conducted; and volunteer and monetary support to 4-H youth, clubs, programs and events.

Registration for ZSuite: Due Friday, October 31
Registration for ZSuite is now open. Returning 4-H youth members and leaders please follow the attached directions to log into your ZSuite account and re-register. New members must first complete the paper membership form with their leaders and then complete the ZSuite registration. Reminder: All 4-H members MUST be registered in ZSuite. Mozzarella Making - A Farm to Table Program: Registration Due Wednesday, November 5
6:30 PM-7:30PM | Wednesday, November 12th 2025
Ted Blum Somerset County 4-H Center, 310 Milltown Rd, Bridgewater, NJ
Learn how milk ventures from the farm to your table and get hands- on experience making homemade mozzarella! This engaging workshop is open to youth in grades 5-13. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to the first 25 participants-first come, first served. Once the maximum is reached, a waitlist will begin.
The cost is $20 per participant, and registration is due by November 5th. Don't miss out on this fun and educational opportunity!

Building a Better YOU!: Registration Due Friday, November 7
Saturday, November 15th | 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Ted Blum Somerset County 4-H Center, 310 Milltown Rd, Bridgewater, NJ
This engaging and interactive program is open to youth in grades 8 through 13 and focuses on developing essential life and career skills, including team building, résumé writing, cover letter writing, public speaking, interview skills, and professionalism.
The registration fee is $10, which includes drinks and snacks. You do not need to be a 4-H member to attend. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a permission form to complete. Payment must be made by cash or check (payable to Somerset County 4-H) and either mailed or hand-delivered to the Somerset County 4-H Office at 310 Milltown Rd Bridgewater, NJ 08807 by November 7th.

4-H Gives Thanks: Sunday, November 16
Share gratitude and service with us this fall!
Sunday, November 16th | 9am-11am
4-H clubs will be hosting interactive tables where your family can take part in quick hands-on, make-and-give community service activities. Each completed project will be donated to a local organization chosen by the club.
Open to the public and FREE!

4-H Science-sational Day - Air & Space: Registration due Thursday, November 20
9:30 AM-2:30PM | Saturday, December 13, 2025
4-H Center, 310 Milltown Rd, Bridgewater, NJ
4-H Science-sational Day is a day of interactive science workshops for children in grades K-6. Using a “Learn By Doing” approach, youth engage in hands-on activities to learn about a variety of science topics. The theme for 2025 is “Air & Space”.
The cost is $25 per 4-H member, $35 per non-4-H member. Parents/Guardians—this Dec 13 event is drop-off, so you can enjoy some holiday prep time while the children have all the fun!

Open Division at the 4-H Fair
4-H members, remember to save the projects you create throughout the year, whether through 4-H, school, or at home, to showcase at the Fair! Open Division is open to all 4-H members and includes categories such as Creative Arts, Crafts, Creative Writing, Photography, Needlecraft, Woodworking, Vegetable and Flower, and the Animal Science Poster Contest.
Please mark your calendars for July 27–31, 2026, for Open Division project drop-off dates.
