Join us at the Ted Blum 4-H Center for the Holiday Craft Festival!
There will be Handmade Crafts, Local Artisans, Refreshments, Pictures with Santa, a Running Train Display, and a Gingerbread Contest!

Somerset County 4-H Gingerbread Contest: Drop Off December 14th
December 14 & 15, 2024 In conjunction with the Holiday Craft Festival
Drop Off: Saturday, December 14, 8am-10am - Entry form must be completed upon drop off!
Where: Ted Blum 4-H Center310 Milltown Rd. Bridgewater, NJ
Judging: Judging will take place December 14 after closing. Judging: Judging will take place December 14 after closing. Viewer’s choice will be tallied and posted along with all categories December 15.
No Entry Fee: All participants please bring a canned vegetable to be donated to the Community Holiday Dinner

4-H Community Holiday Dinner: Place Orders by Wednesday, December 18th
Wednesday, December 25, 2024
With the approach of the Holidays, we are once again looking for food donations for the 4-H Free Holiday Community Dinner.
While out shopping, if you could grab a few extra items to donate it would be a big help!
The following is what we will need as donations:
-Desserts that will pack and travel well
-Bread such as dinner rolls, French bread, Italian bread etc.
-Canned veggies (only carrots or peas)
-Bagged lettuce

PA Farm Show Trip: Registration Due Monday, December 23rd

4-H Members in grades 9-13 are invited to join Somerset County 4-H for a field trip to the PA Farm Show on January 5th, 2025! Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Cost is $20. To register visit the link below:

All returning 4-H youth members and 4-H volunteers are required to register in ZSuite. To register – click one of the below buttons for directions. Any questions, please feel free to contact Amanda Hess at the 4-H office.
MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ZSUITE BY DECEMBER 30TH CANNOT COMPETE AT THE 4-H FAIR AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, NATIONAL TRIPS, OR OTHER OPPORTUNITIES.

It is that time of year where we are looking for a theme for the 2025 Somerset County 4-H Fair! We are excited to hear the potential fair themes as they are submitted by Somerset County 4-H youth members. This survey must be completed by December 31st.
