4-H National Conference: Applications Due Friday, December 6th
April 11-16, 2025
The 2025 National 4-H Conference, which focuses on leadership, public awareness, and 4-H program development, will take place April 11-16, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, just outside of Washington D.C.
Six delegates are selected to attend from New Jersey each year. 4-H members interested in attending must work well in groups, have good communication skills and be leaders.
Applications are due by December 6, 2024. Applicants must be enrolled in Grades 10-12 as of September 2024 and between ages 15-19 years old (as of January 1, 2025). Additional questions can be directed to rothenburger@njaes.rutgers.edu or mb2173@njaes.rutgers.edu.

Hot Cocoa With Calves: Saturday, December 7th
Somerset County 4-H New Centre Dairy Club invites you to Hot Cocoa With Calves!
12-4pm | 464 Bennetts Ln, Somerset, NJ $20 Per Car
Join us at Middlebush Dairy Farm to drink hot cocoa, hang out with calves, participate in fun crafts, and take family photos! Wearing boots is strongly suggested.

Join us at the Ted Blum 4-H Center for the Holiday Craft Festival!

4-H Community Holiday Dinner: Place Orders by Wednesday, December 18th

With the approach of the Holidays, we are once again looking for food donations for the 4-H Free Holiday Community Dinner.
While out shopping, if you could grab a few extra items to donate it would be a big help!
The following is what we will need as donations: -Desserts that will pack and travel well -Bread such as dinner rolls, French bread, Italian bread etc. -Canned veggies (only carrots or peas) -Bagged lettuce

MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ZSUITE BY DECEMBER 30TH CANNOT COMPETE AT THE 4-H FAIR AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, NATIONAL TRIPS, OR OTHER OPPORTUNITIES.
