 4-H teens, the 4-H Association needs your help! If you are in 8th grade or higher, you are invited to give us your opinions and ideas on how to make 4-H better. Your voice matters and you can help make 4-H better for everyone. 4-H families please share this with your teens, every voice counts.

4-H Junior Council is collecting toys, food and other pet items for Somerset County Regional Animal Shelter from now till February 29. Please drop off your items in the box in the lobby.

Women in Agriculture 4-H Career Night: March 8, 2024
Registration closes March 7, 2024.
International Women's Day meets National Agriculture Month. Come and celebrate International Women's Day and National Agriculture Month as you engage with local women working in agriculture. This free event is open to all youth grades 7th-13th. This is a hybrid event, so join via Zoom or in person at the Somerset County 4-H Center. Come ready to learn and explore careers you've never had the opportunity to hear about!

4-H Citizenship Washington Focus 2024: June 20-27, 2024
Applications Due March 8, 2024 to the 4-H Office.
Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF) is National 4-H Council’s premier leadership and civic engagement experience held each summer in the Washington, DC area. It is a week-long event for 4-H members in grades 9-12. The program is based on the principle that democracy requires skills and strategies that must be learned and practiced, and it teaches participants to be active, responsible citizens and leaders.
The conference is scheduled for June 20-27, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, Maryland. NJ is planning to send a group of approximately 20-30 4-H members and 2-3 adult chaperones to the conference.
