Radioactive Materials Licensees & Registrants,
In response to Federal Executive Order (EO) 14300, issued on May 23, 2025, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has been preparing multiple guidance document revisions and rulemaking proposals. As New Jersey generally adopts by reference federal NRC regulations, your awareness and consideration of these proposed changes is encouraged at this time. Below are two NRC websites where you can review and comment to engage in the rulemaking process.
