Good Afternoon Radioactive Materials Licensees,
This is to notify you that our fees have increased 3.3% as per our regulation N.J.A.C.7:28-64.10. We adjusted them based on the previous 12-month inflation factor from the Consumer Price Index, all urban consumers, US city average (CPI-U) published by the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The fees were rounded up or down to the nearest increment of $5.00.
The new fee schedule is posted on our website. Annual assessments will be sent out in the near future.
