New Fees for Radioactive Materials Licensees

Dear Radioactive Materials Licensees and Registrants:
As per our regulations at N.J.A.C. 7:28-64.10, each year the Department adjusts radioactive material license fees by the previous 12-month inflation factor calculated from the Consumer Price Index for the 12 month period ending May 31. The inflation factor this year was 4.0%. Therefore, we will increase all our fees by 4.0% and round to the nearest $5. The Notice is linked below and appeared in the August 21, 2023 New Jersey Register. The bracketed fees [thus] are deleted and the new fees are in bold. The new fees are effective July 1, 2023. The updated Fee Worksheet for License Application is also linked below.
The annual assessments for specific licenses and general license registrations were issued beginning in July and will be completed within the coming weeks. Thank you for paying them promptly.
