License Terminations
If you are in the process of, or planning on terminating your radioactive materials license, be aware that if staff of the Bureau of Environmental Radiation have not completed their review by the end of the fiscal year, you will be sent an invoice for the annual fee for fiscal year 2024. Our fiscal year ends on midnight on June 30. Please ensure that you have provided all requested information to staff with sufficient time for them to complete their review. During this time we make terminations a priority, but we need your cooperation. The termination form can be found here:
