Stable Outlook for North Dakota Crude Oil Production

North Dakota daily crude oil production remains above forecast since January 2024. The Legislative forecast for the 2023-25 biennium assumed oil production of 1.10 million barrels per day for both years of the biennium. The preliminary executive oil tax forecast for 2025-27 assumes oil production of 1.15 million barrels per day for 2026 and 1.10 million barrels per day for 2027.
