Sales Tax Revenue

Sales tax collections continue to trend above forecast. During the past 12 months there has been only one month where collections came in under forecast. The continued growth is attributable to strong collections in the mining and retail sectors. Other sectors, like construction and manufacturing, have also seen increases.
