Monthly North Dakota Revenue Report

Crude Oil Production

North Dakota daily crude oil production remains above forecast since January 2023. The Legislative forecast assumed 1.00 million barrels per day production for the second year of the 21-23 biennium and assumes 1.10 million barrels per day production for the entire 23-25 biennium. The preliminary September 2023 daily production was 1,278,190 which is the highest since April 2020.
