Register for Rural Health Transformation Program listening sessions
North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) is hosting three listening sessions in October on the state’s Rural Health Transformation Program - a projected $500 million, five-year investment to strengthen and transform rural health care in North Dakota.
This funding was part of the federal One Big Beautiful Bill Act signed into law on July 4.
During the sessions, HHS will share key themes from the recent Rural Health Transformation Program survey and gather additional feedback to help shape North Dakota’s application, which is due to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services by Nov. 5, 2025.
HHS invites rural residents and patients; hospitals, clinics and provider networks; community-based organizations; tribal partners and others to attend.
Registration is required.
Thank you for helping improve access to care, support innovation and promote long-term wellness in rural communities.
