NEW - Member Rights and Responsibilities form for Expansion members

Attention Care Coordinators: Beginning February 3, please start using the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) Medicaid Expansion Member Rights and Responsibilities form when working with Expansion members. The form can be found on the BCBSND provider website.

This form can also be found on the state's 1915(i) Provider Guidance and Policies webpage under Care Coordination and Forms.

Starting February 3, all 1915(i) referrals need to go through Therap. Trainings were done in January. Here is a recording of the referral module training. The training video is located on the 1915(i) Therap help webpage.

Allexis Field, 1915(i) Navigator

Allexis began working with us on Thursday, Jan. 30 as our new Navigator and will begin taking on these duties in the near future.
