It’s this commitment to quality care that has the team at Woodside Village, a 138-bed nursing facility in Grand Forks, excited about a new program that is improving experiences and outcomes for North Dakotans living in nursing facilities.
HHS’ Nursing Facility Incentive Program provides incentive payments for improved care in four federal quality measures.

 North Dakota Public Health Leadership Academy is a free, five-month program that will run January to May 2025.
It is designed for public health professionals working in North Dakota at the local, state or tribal level; in academics; at Federally Qualified Health Centers and similar health care settings. Space is limited to 40 participants.
Deadline to apply is Friday, Dec. 6, 2024.

Use the Performance Notes tool in PeopleSoft to document your performance throughout the year and easily import the notes into a self-reflection or performance evaluation next spring.
