The 1915i website - hhs.nd.gov/1915i is currently undergoing changes. This work is ongoing so stay tuned for more updates.

Changes to highlight:

Provider policies and trainings are easier than ever to find. Simply click on the "Provider" button on the main 1915(i) page.

• Click on "Guidance and Policies" for policies and
• "Trainings & Information Sessions" for things like live and on-demand trainings, as well as 1915(i) informational sessions and office hours.

Forms you need such as the Care Coordination Request form are now located on the Guidance and Policies webpage in addition to general and service policies and guidance, all sorted by topic.

1915(i) policies are being updated! 

Draft policies with effective dates of Nov. 1, 2024, are available online for provider review and comment.

Comments must be received by end of day Oct. 29 to be considered for the Nov. 1 update. All comments will be reviewed and considered for this or a future policy update.

We are now holding weekly office hours from 9-10 a.m. CT. These will be mostly unstructured opportunities to hear from providers and answer questions.

We will identify opportunities to provide focused information regarding specific topics as they come up and will plan on posting topic-specific sessions on our Training & Information Session webpage.

You're invited to an information session at 10 a.m. CT on Nov. 7 to learn more about Better Together ND’s 1915(i) Provider Portal, which is available for all 1915(i) providers to use.

Better Together ND will do a demonstration of how the portal works and answer any questions.
