Verizon Wireless Experiencing Intermittent Outage

IT is aware of a nationwide service disruption that Verizon Wireless customers are experiencing that is causing intermittent outages for employees with County-issued cellphones.

If you need to call 911, please use a landline phone, connect to Wi-Fi calling if you are in a County location with Wi-Fi, or have someone who has service with another provider make the call.

Verizon is working to resolve the issue and has not provided information about when the issue will be resolved.
