• 18-lb. cases containing four units of “FULLY COOKED BREADED CHICKEN PORTIONS,” with case code “P-1380 126237 B30851 23:11 K04” printed on the side of the packaging

Maître Saladier Lorraine Quiche Recalled Due to Lack of Import Reinspection

Maître Saladier Inc. in Quebec, Canada, is recalling approximately 6,000 pounds of Lorraine Quiche products containing pork that were not presented for import reinspection into the United States.

The Lorraine Quiche items were produced on April 9, 2025, and April 17, 2025. The following products are subject to recall: 19.8-lb. cardboard boxes containing “Lorraine Quiche (with pork) La Madeleine” in metal trays wrapped in plastic.

The products subject to recall do not bear a USDA mark of inspection. The affected products bear expiration dates of April 8, 2028, and April 16, 2028. The affected products were shipped to distributors in Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas.

What to Do with Recalled Suzanna Kitchen Breaded Chicken and Maître Saladier Lorraine Quiche Products?

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in restaurant refrigerators or freezers. Restaurants are urged not to serve this product. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
