We are excited to announce the launch of a new platform for managing employee benefits. Effective Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, Benefitfirst will replace the Employee Navigator system as our new online enrollment portal for benefit enrollments and benefit changes.
No action is required to continue your current benefit elections. However, you should create your user ID and log in once the new Benefitfirst system is live.
What you need to do:

Log in. Access the Benefitfirst platform and create a user ID and password once the system is live on or after Dec. 9.

Explore. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the new platform.

Review. View your current benefit elections, dependent information and beneficiaries.
Full-time and benefited part-time employees will receive an email from production@benefitfirst.com on Tuesday, Dec. 9, with additional details on the transition and login instructions. This email and link are safe to open with the subject line “Benefitfirst Introduction.”
Unless you have a qualifying life event, you will not select options in the Benefitfirst portal until open enrollment in the spring.
