The 2025 annual evaluations will follow the same guidelines as last year, with the Director's discretion regarding the evaluation process in each department. It is important to note that employees who received an overall score below 2.0 on the 2024 Annual Evaluation will have a 2025 Annual Evaluation completed. Employees in a probationary period will continue to have probationary evaluations at 90 days, 6 months, and one year as applicable. The probationary evaluations include new employees and employees in a probationary period due to personnel actions such as a transfer or demotion.
The 2025 Annual Performance schedule can be located on the NEOGOV page of County Connect. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Jennifer Davis, Assistant Director, HR.
Beginning in this month, you will notice a change to the look of your Dashboard in NEOGOV. The different platforms (Perform/Learn/Onboard/OHC) will be located at the top header of the page. You will also notice a new look to the overall evaluation form. View a document illustrating the new layout.
