You may also email any questions about upcoming benefit changes, as well as questions related to open enrollment (May 1-30).  

All benefit-eligible employees must either electronically enroll or waive benefit options during the open enrollment period, which is May 1-30, 2025. This will be the only open enrollment period for all benefits this year.

This process involves reviewing and updating your selections for various benefits, such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and other new and improved options. Employees will electronically enroll via the Employee Navigator platform between May 1-30. Employees will receive an email from the platform on May 1.

There are multiple ways to receive enrollment assistance with the Employee Navigator platform.

1. Contact McGriff at UCMcGriffService@mcgriff.com for enrollment assistance or questions.
2. Visit the Benefits Explorer site to schedule a virtual one on one appointment with a benefits counselor or use the chat feature for questions.
3. Schedule an in-person meeting with a Sun Life representative for a policy review or help with enrollment.
4. Schedule a time with an HR representative to assist with enrollment.
