The 2024 Employee Climate Survey kicks off this afternoon! You will receive an email from Survey Monkey this afternoon with your unique link to collect your confidential responses. The email will be from hrhelp@unioncountync.gov via Survey Monkey. The email will look like the image below, and it is safe to open and click the button inside the email.
 The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. More information about the survey, as well as answers to frequently asked questions, are available on County Connect.
Know a colleague who excels at their responsibilities, particularly large efforts or initiatives that involve collaboration and coordination among multiple county departments? Nominate them for the annual Bobby Cobb Award!
Bobby Cobb came to Union County in 2016 as Interim Health Director before fully joining the team. Cobb excelled at navigating our organization through the COVID-19 pandemic, acting as a wealth of knowledge and guidance through one of the most turbulent times in recent memory. After Cobb passed away in 2022, Union County created the Bobby Cobb Award to honor his memory and recognize employees in any county department who excel at their responsibilities, particularly large efforts or initiatives that involve collaboration and coordination among multiple county departments.
