From the Management Team: Final Reminder for Employee Survey

As we near the deadline for our biennial employee survey, we are providing a final reminder to all of you to take a few moments to share your invaluable feedback. Your input is crucial in helping us understand how we can continue to improve and evolve as an organization. Currently, about half of employees have completed the survey. We appreciate those who have taken the time to provide valuable input and encourage those who have not to please make it a priority. We are striving to hear from at least 85% of employees.

Your responses in this survey are completely confidential and anonymous. Participation is important to the health of our organization, and the results will be treated as such. Your perspectives provide us with invaluable insights that enable us to make informed decisions to ensure a better workplace for all.

Please take the time to complete the survey before the deadline on Friday, Feb. 23, through the link in the Survey Monkey email you received. Your voice matters, and we are committed to creating an environment where every opinion is valued and respected.
