HR Benefits Reminder: Colonial Open Enrollment Continues Through Jan. 26

Reminder: The annual open enrollment period for the Colonial Benefits Plan will continue through Jan. 26.

Elections made during this enrollment period will be effective for the March 1, 2025 through Feb. 28, 2025 plan year. We are pleased to announce that during this year’s Colonial Life annual enrollment, they are offering several voluntary insurance policies.

Individual Appointments: Benefits Counselor Arielle Habet and Derek Phillips will be available to assist you in selecting your benefits through a one-on-one virtual enrollment experience.

Please Note: It is your responsibility to complete your Colonial benefits enrollment and confirm your elections for the next benefits plan year. Elections made during this enrollment period may not be changed during the plan year. The only exception is for a family status change as defined by the Internal Revenue Code. A plan change due to a family status change must be initiated within 30 days of the qualifying event.
