Safe Email Alert
Employees who have elected to receive their W-2 via email will receive the email below beginning Thursday, Jan. 18. It will look like the image below. The sender will be noreply@tylertech.com.
It is safe to open. To access the attached file, you will be required to enter the last four digits of your social security number, just as you do to access your paystub via email.
 If you chose to receive your W-2 by email, you should receive the electronic version by the end of the day on Friday, Jan. 19.
Paper copies of W-2s will be distributed within each department next week.
