Reminder: Timesheets Due Dec. 28
If you are planning to take the last week of the year off, complete your timesheet before leaving. Important notes:

Supervisors: Ensure your employee timesheets are approved by Thursday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. If you will be out, forward your timesheet approvals in Munis Self Service. If you have questions, email payroll.

2024 Payroll Calendar: The calendar is available on County Connect.
Employees no longer submit time for observed holiday hours under the holiday field on timesheets. Holiday hours will be submitted automatically on each eligible employee’s timecard during the payroll process. Employees should only enter time for actual hours worked on observed holiday hours under the regular hour field and complete the Holiday Worked Submission Form.
Verify Your Home Address for Tax Documents (W-2)
All employees should verify that your home address is correct in the timesheet system (Munis Self Service) in preparation for 2023 tax documentation (W-2) processing.
- Sign into Munis Self Service
- Click on Personal Information (left menu).
- Click Contact. If updates are needed, click Edit under the address to correct.
- Optional: Click on Tax Form Delivery and select your preferred method to receive your W-2.
Email delivery: Employees who elect to receive their W-2 via email will receive their electronic W-2 from noreply@tylertech.com at the end of January. Because it may look like a phishing email, we will send a reminder and preview of the email before those are distributed.
