Please take a few moments and complete the annual Human Resources Voice of the Customer Survey. County employees are our primary customers and it’s important for us to hear from you about what we are doing well and our areas of opportunity. The 10-question survey provides an opportunity to provide feedback specifically around HR’s ability to successfully meet the six customer service standards. The survey will be open through Nov. 30. We look forward to hearing from you.

It’s Volunteer Season!
Eligible employees have 16 hours per year to use toward volunteering in Union County with approved agencies. Volunteer Time Off (VTO) requests require two steps. First, the employee completes the VTO Request Form. Once approved by the supervisor, the second step occurs when the employee requests this time in Employee Self Service to appear on the timecard. VTO should be taken in at least two-hour increments. Review full policy details.
