The last employee event to trade in an old county-issued shirt for a brand new one is this Friday, Sept. 22, at the Water Operations Center (4600 Goldmine Rd., Monroe). All employees who have not attended one of the first two events are invited to drop in between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
To ensure all county employees have a shirt with the county’s current logo, Public Communications is providing a free shirt to each employee who trades in an old county-issued work shirt with the previous county logo, the county seal, or a shirt with just the department name.
If you have started employment with the county in the last couple of years and do not have a shirt with the old logo or seal, you may still come and get a free shirt without trading anything in! After trading in your shirt, we'll offer a King of Pops popsicle!
