We are excited to announce that Atrium Health is our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Atrium Health, as you may be familiar, can be contacted for the same counseling services you are used to receiving.

Atrium Health's EAP services include:
- Employees and their household members receive six free confidential counseling services per occurrence to include children age eight and older.
- Access to employee resource website with training opportunities, articles and many more resources (Password: COU137).
- Online educational seminars on a variety of topics including budgeting, stress management, dealing with difficult coworkers, etc.
- Referrals to other community resources, such as child/elderly care, credit/legal counseling, long-term therapy, and treatment centers.
- Monthly newsletters for supervisors and employees.

This week, Atrium Health's EAP webinar for July kicks off addressing Civility in the Workplace. Participants will:
- Define workplace civility and incivility
- Look at the negative impacts of incivility in the workplace
- Explore the value of a positive work environment and how you can contribute
- Learn how to promote a climate of civility
