All self-evaluations are due next Friday, April 21. It is important that you take time to complete this task and use your journal entries or other notes to give a complete picture of your performance and work.
By completing the self-evaluation:
- YOU become an active participant in YOUR evaluation
- Gives YOU an opportunity to reflect on YOUR accomplishments and highlight YOUR achievements
- Provides an opportunity to honestly assess strengths and areas where improvement may be needed
- Creates an open line of communication between YOU and YOUR manager about performance
Would you like to add training certificates or licensing information to your NEOGOV account? Learn how to add this important information to highlight your accomplishments and keep track of your training efforts.
Please reach out to Jennifer Davis, HR Assistant Director, for any additional questions or support.
