Property Revaluation
Union County has begun the process of revaluing all property. Under North Carolina law, the county regularly revalues property for the purpose of assessing property taxes so that residents and businesses are paying based on the current market value of their property. Get accurate information and have your questions answered during an upcoming information session. For details on scheduled sessions and more information, click here.

Prevent Frozen Pipes
All types of pipes, when frozen, will build water pressure and can crack. A crack as small as one-eighth of an inch can unleash more than 250 gallons of water a day and cause flooding, high water bills, and serious property damage. Taking these precautions will help protect your home. For more tips, click here.
