Survey Highlights
99% of county employees are willing to put in the extra effort to get a job done
Overall participation rate rose in the 2020 Employee Climate Survey to 74%; up from 65% in 2018
73% of full-time employees responded to the survey
Improvement was shown in nearly all climate areas from 2018 to 2020
Positive increases on 62 of 72 questions on the survey
86% of our employees are satisfied with their jobs
84% of our employees are satisfied with Union County
The next employee climate survey is scheduled for January 2022
