NCSIS Back-to-School Training & Resources for Phase I

Public Information Officers and Charter Communication Leaders, 

As the new school year approaches, we wanted to share the latest resources for PSUs participating in Phase I of the new NCSIS implementation. We appreciate your help sharing these opportunities and resources! 

PIO CALL - AUGUST 15

NCDPI and Infinite Campus are hosting a Zoom call for PIOs and charter communication leaders on Thursday, August 15 at 8:30 a.m. An Infinite Campus trianing specialist will walk through the parent- and student-facing side of the new NCSIS. Then, NCDPI will share resources that have been created to help PSUs communicate about the new platform (available now at ncsis.gov). We'll end with a Q&A to address your questions or concerns.

Grade Book and Attendance Webinars

Each Tuesday and Thursday, the NCSIS Professional Learning Team and NCBOLD Teacher Ambassadors will host a webinar to provide updates, share resources and answer questions on the NCSIS Grade Book and Attendance functionality. All webinars will be recorded and last 45-60 minutes.

Any questions about the new NCSIS should be directed to your PSU's NCSIS Admin. Each NCSIS Admin has access to an implementation team that includes Infinite Campus and NCDPI staff who are available to support your district. 

The NCSIS Professional Learning Team has shared rollout support and learning opportunities specific to NCSIS Admins directly to those individuals.
