Maintenance

Home Base Maintenance Window - May 2023

The next Home Base maintenance window is set to begin Friday, May 19 at 5 pm.  The PowerSchool system will be taken offline for service.

PowerSchool will be down Friday, May 19 at 6 pm with an anticipated return of Saturday, May 20 at 10 am.  The application will be made accessible to all users once the maintenance is complete.

This maintenance window will include the following state reporting updates:

  • DISC-09 error fixed
  • EPV script updates for autorun
  • LCS Fall submission start date change for next school year

Reminder: Due to the maintenance window discipline reports will not run Saturday night, they will be autorun Monday morning.

Note:  Each year, a list of scheduled maintenance windows is published by NCDPI.  This is published in advance to help teachers and administrators better prepare for temporary outages and loss of access.  Please review the 2022-2023 maintenance schedule and put these dates on your calendar. In most cases, the entire window is not necessary and we can return systems to service earlier than listed. If emergency maintenance is required in addition to these scheduled dates, all users will be notified in advance.
