National School Psychology Week (NSPW) 2021

November 8 - 12 is National School Psychology Week (NSPW)

This year’s theme is “Let’s Get in GEAR”, the GEAR acronym stands for Grow, Engage, Advocate, and Rise, and it offers plenty of opportunity to tap into the skills building, social–emotional well-being, and individual and systems level strategies to help students (and adults!) thrive.

Resources, posters and additional information can be found on NASP's NSPW Webpage

  • Monday is Grow

  • Tuesday is Engage

  • Wednesday is Advocacy Action Day

  • Thursday is Rise

School psychologists across the state are invited to share their NSPW activities during this week across social media and be sure to tag @ncschoolpsy and @ncpublicschools (on twitter) to broaden your message's reach!
