I just received the email copied below from Westat on Title II reporting modifications due to Covid disruptions. The link below walks through some example scenarios and solutions on how to report these disruptions in the upcoming reporting season. Note that this is a draft so if you have concerns or feedback on the proposed direction of reporting, you can submit that feedback for consideration. At the least, it is a primer to the general direction Title II is going to take with the upcoming reporting season which I thought was useful information.

Hello Title II State Coordinators,
I wanted to call your attention to the draft Title II COVID-19 guidance that was released in the Federal Register earlier this month. The guidance is intended to support teacher preparation providers and states in the upcoming IPRC data collection. The draft guidance is currently going through the Department’s approval process, which includes opportunity for you to review and provide public comment.
