MYgroup Monday – Couples & COVID-19 Confinement

The State of North Carolina has partnered with McLaughlin Young to provide you with an employee assistance program. The North Carolina Employee Assistance Program (NC EAP) is a state-sponsored benefit program that offers the support and resources you need to address personal or work-related challenges and concerns. It is free for you as well as members of your household and completely confidential.

The MYgroup website offers a wide variety of resources that range from online seminars, to informative articles, and even legal forms. You can look up tips on healthy eating, read articles related to grief and loss, and even find worksheets on buying or selling a house.
