COVID-19 Grading for Seniors QRD

The DTL Home Base team is still working through the process of designing a QRD for Senior grading for course sections impacted by the COVID-19 closure. Our goal is to make sure the necessary PowerSchool processes are as non-invasive as possible with minimal changes to year-long sections. Setup and testing are currently ongoing, but DPI expects to have this document ready to publish by Mid-April.

As part of this process, districts will be expected to create two new special codes (PC19 and WC19). As we work to finalize the Senior Grading document, districts may go ahead and add the new special codes to their grade scales following the steps we have provided here.  Please do not begin assigning PC19/WC19 grades to seniors, or other students, until DPI provides further guidance.
