Burke County Public Schools in the foothills of the mountains has an opening for an ESL teacher at a school to be determined. Burke has sixteen ESL teachers, two ESL TAs, an ESL Lead Teacher and ESL Coordinator. We exemplify a Can-Do philosophy and believe in student growth. Our district population of ELs is approximately 9%, with Spanish as the predominant language.
