Please see the attached SLD Fact Sheet #5 which addresses new requirements related to the identification of Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). This is the fifth in a series of fact sheets related to the definition, evaluation and identification of students with SLD under the policy addendum approved by the NC State Board of Education on February 5, 2016.
