New Oral Reading Fluency (ORF) Norms - Hasbrouck & Tindal

Over the past 25 years Jan Hasbrouck and Jerry Tindal at the University of Oregon have compiled a set of ORF norms from multiple data sources.
They recently updated their norms and published them in a technical report available at the website of the Behavioral Research and Teaching website at the University of Oregon. http://www.brtprojects.org/publications/technical-reports/
