UNC Minimum
Requirements and College/UNC Endorsement Clarification
Following the
implementation of endorsement and graduation plan fixes within
the PowerSchool application, some stakeholders raised questions about the specific science courses (and
course codes) that meet UNC minimum requirements as well as the
College/UNC endorsement due to the laboratory requirement. To clarify, all
North Carolina Standard Course of Study Science courses are laboratory-based according to their standards and therefore meet UNC minimum
course requirements. Please visit
the K-12
Standards and Curriculum webpage to view these specific standards.
