On August 26 at approximately 2:30 AM, the Raleigh Police Department responded to an assault on the 500 Block of Glenwood Ave. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male lying on the ground with serious injuries. The victim was identified as David Millette Jr., 27. He was then transported to the hospital by EMS.
Mr. Millette later succumbed to his injuries.
On September 2 at 1:39 AM, with the assistance of Fuquay Varina Police Department, Raleigh Police arrested Tyrell Jarue Moore, 23, in connection with this case. Moore is charged with Murder.
