Service Improvements to Route 20 & 21

Beginning Sunday, September 13, Route 21 Caraleigh frequency increases. Weekday service will be every 30 minutes all day and provide 30-minute frequency until 7 p.m. on weekends.

On Monday, September 14, a second bus will be added in a clockwise direction along the Route 20 Garner loop, making it a bidirectional route. This change increases the frequency to every 30 minutes Monday - Friday.

Avoid the Knock

The 2020 Census is nearing its end, and Wake County is still short of its 82 percent response rate goal. That means that Census employees are knocking on the doors of those who have not filled out the Census yet.

Completing the Census ensures Wake County receives the funding needed for transportation, education, healthcare, housing and more for the next 10 years. Help yourself and your neighbor by completing the Census today, and avoid the knock.
