The Moore Square Program and Event Calendar is Here!

In Summer 2019, the new and improved Moore Square park will reopen with an entire calendar of programs and events that will activate the park year round.

View the Full Event Calendar Here.

From 1792 to 2017, Moore Square Park has been a place of gathering, reflection, entertainment, and recreation for the citizens of Raleigh. The four-acre downtown urban green space was originally conceived as one of five public green spaces for the City of Raleigh. Events and programs will highlight the major renovation while honoring Moore Square’s historic heritage and establishing a 21st century urban space.

Moore Square is committed to providing innovative, creative, and exciting programs that enhance and exemplify the mission, vision, and values for the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department. Moore Square offers a variety of programs ranging from small programs, medium and large special events.

For more detailed information on the types of events and programs that will happen at Moore Square Park, see the Moore Square Park webpage.
