Moore Square History Harvest and Meet the Director
Saturday, May 5 10 am to 1 pm Tucker House
Do you have a piece of Moore Square history? The HRM Program will be collecting object information and stories about Moore Square in preparation for an upcoming exhibit. There will be two ways to participate, the first is a show and tell with the HRM Program staff on Saturday, May 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tucker House, located on 418 North Person Street.
Due to the expected volume of interest, the staff will not be accepting donations on this day. While you are there, the public will be able to meet the new Director of Moore Square, Jenna Kostka, and see how the project will take shape once complete in 2019. The other way to participate is by contacting the Curator of Collections, Ainsley Powell, directly at ainsley.powell@raleighnc.gov or 919-996-4365.
