Superintendent Search Survey:
Your Voice, Your Leader – Share Your Input
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Board of Education is seeking input from students, families, staff and community members as part of the search for the next superintendent of Cumberland County Schools (CCS).
Following a series of community forums, the Board of Education invites all stakeholders to complete the Superintendent Search Survey to share their perspectives on the leadership qualities, experience and priorities that matter most for the future of the district.
The survey will be open from noon Thursday, March 20, through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, March 30, and can be accessed at: https://survey.k12insight.com/r/Cumberland2025.
“Community involvement is essential in this process,” said Deanna Jones, chairwoman of the Cumberland County Board of Education. “We encourage everyone to take a few moments to complete the survey and help us select a superintendent who will best serve our students, families and staff.”
Survey responses will help guide the Board of Education’s decision as it works to find the next leader of the school system. All responses are anonymous. Your voice matters—be sure to share your input before the deadline.
